Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Peninsula based warehouse in Victoria
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $150 include FREE shipping.
Orders under $149 will attract a $10 shipping fee
How long until the order is shipped?
Where we can, orders are picked and packed on the same day we receive your
order. If not, then it is by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends
or public holidays are despatched on the next business day.
How long does shipping take? When can I expect my parcel?
Standard Shipping via Australia Post within Australia can take between 3 - 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live. Delivery time estimates can be found on the Australia post website.
How do I know when my order is on the way?
When the parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Peninsula Republic with your tracking number.
Do you deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker?
Yes we do, please provide the PO Box or Parcel Locker details in the delivery details at check out.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns on 'change of mind', but will refund or replace any items deemed to be faulty. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item, together with a photo and description of the issue.
All products returned need to be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, unused, with the tags still attached.

Received a faulty item?
All products are checked prior to posting. Should a product arrive with faults or damaged while in transit, we replace the goods at no cost to the purchaser.

How do I get a refund?
If a refund has been agreed to with Peninsula Republic, the refunds will be provided to the original form of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Once returns are received and the refund processed, it can take between 5-10 days to be reflected in your account. This will depend on the form of payment used.
